We are passionate about people and aim to use our knowledge, experience and skills gained over the last 35 years of working in the NHS with people with varying degrees of mental ill health, ethically.

The Nurture-Hub.org is a social enterprise. It is committed to reinvesting 75% of all profits to the social mission- providing accessible services to promote wellness in marginalised communities in order to promote equitable health and social outcomes for all.

The Nurture-Hub provides compassionate, high quality evidence based therapy and wellbeing services at affordable rates to individuals, companies, schools and public services; on a one to one or group basis.

The range of wellbeing services provided are effective for treating depression and anxiety disorders, stress and burn out, promoting optimal health and performance, to support you to reach your life goals. They include Mindfulness (including mindful self-compassion), CBT ( for treating trauma, including historical abuse, generalised anxiety disorder (worry problems) and low self esteem), yoga and life coaching.”

How we do this

Life Coaching

Coaching enables us to identify our values and goals and to work systematically towards the goals. Life is like houses, if we want to build a house, we have to plan way in future.

Yoga

This ancient art, which has been lovingly and carefully passed from teacher to student for over two thousand years is finding a new revival as science provides evidence of its effectiveness.

Mindfulness

Jon Kabat-Zinn defines mindfulness as “paying attention to the present moment in a particular way”; non-judging, patience, beginner’s mind, trust, non-striving, acceptance and letting go.

Cognitive Behaviour Therapy

CBT is an effective, evidence based therapy that is widely used for a wide range of conditions ranging from depression and anxiety to building self-esteem, substance use and psychosis.
